Primary Role Responsibilities Per the Scope of Practice, the Registered Nurse (RN) may initiate and implement health care plan(s) and other nursing duties. The RN practice encompasses the full scope of nursing. The RN is involved in all steps of the nursing process, the role is independent and comprehensive. The Registered Nurse Supervisor Directs day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants/licensed personnel in accordance with current rules and regulations and complies with all written policies and procedures and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. Infrequent travel, within NC may be required. Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor directs the daily functions of nursing assistants and licensed personnel within a long-term care facility. They are responsible for initiating and implementing healthcare plans and ensuring compliance with all written policies and regulations.
