FULL TIME REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - OPERATING ROOM Location: Naples, FL 34103 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Operating Room (OR) team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and proficient in providing exceptional pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room environment. * Assist with pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery of patients. * Monitor patient responses effectively. * Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized OR environment. * Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting. * Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. * Experience working in an Operating Room or similar fast-paced environment preferred. * Proficient in IV insertion, management, and monitoring. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs. * Knowledge of pre-operative and post-operative nursing care standards. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. WORK SCHEDULE Full time position with flexible scheduling to meet the demands of the OR environment.
