Full time Sales Assistant / Barista required to join our team in our busy Ely cafe. You will have directly relevant experience in a fast-paced hospitality or food retail environment, a passion for excellent customer service and be quick to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. You will understand the importance of merchandising to optimise sales and be quick to develop your knowledge of our extensive hand-baked range of cakes and pastries. You will have a keen attention to detail and above all be friendly and welcoming to our customers!
