Rotating shifts ; STRICTLY NO FIXED MORNING SHIFTS ; Overtime as required

• Morning: 8:30am-5:30pm / 9:00am-6:00pm
• Afternoon: 10:00am-10:00pm / 12:00pm-10:00pm

Working days: 6days per week

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Operating the POS system for efficient payment processing and receipt issuance.
• Upsell and promote daily specials, new products and ongoing promotions.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Operate the bread slicer machine safely and efficiently to slice bread.
• Ensure all products are displayed attractively and are fully stocked throughout the day.
• Maintain the sales counter, display cases and other shop areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and supporting various ad-hoc duties.
