What you’ll be doing Deliver outstanding customer experiences through genuine, personalised service Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty Use your product knowledge and styling expertise to confidently recommend outfits and solutions Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs Contribute to a high-performance, sales-focused team environment Support visual merchandising, stock processing, and store presentation standards Assist in creating an engaging and welcoming store environment that reflects the GAZMAN brand What we’re looking for Previous experience in fashion retail environment A passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales results Confidence in building rapport and creating long-lasting customer relationships Strong communication and selling skills A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow A team player who contributes to a supportive and high-performing culture Excellent styling and visual merchandising skills Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (38 hours per week) Why join GAZMAN?
