Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The successful applicant will work alongside our retail team in Aberdeen and will be primarily be responsible for attending to our instore customers ensuring they received the best possible customer service and attention. We are looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and has a passion for retail and highlandwear.
Applicants must have a excellent communications skills, and be comfortable at taking customer measurements and recording their order details with accuracy.
Further job responsibilities will include answering emails and working alongside the hire sales team, processing our internet sales orders, house keeping, booking in stock and merchandising,
The job itself would be full-time of a minimum of 30 hours including weekends.

JOB TASKS & DUTIES:

  • Customer Service - Responding to customer queries via email and instore.
  • Managing online orders - Picking items from the shop floor, packing orders, generating shipping labels, and fulfilling order notices online.
  • Processing and ordering stock requirements.
  • General shop floor stock and house-keeping.
