SUMMARY

A perfect opportunity of work has become available at the award-winning menswear shop, Blooms Menswear, in Wolverhampton City center. This job opportunity offers flexible part-time/full-time working hours, including weekend work. Duties will include customer service, sales, stockroom and backroom deliveries, website and social media assistance, general housekeeping, preparing and pressing suits for wedding parties. Training will be given to the successful applicant(s).

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and have the energy in constant personal interaction.
• Strong communication skills that allow you to fit into an intimate working environment, working with all areas of the business, working closely with customers 1-to-1 as well as small groups of customers, such as wedding parties.
• Strong interest and passion for men’s fashion and working in a personal customer service environment.

DESCRIPTION

Do you have a passion for menswear fashion? At Blooms Menswear, we have been delivering award-winning customer service since 1947. As a sales assistant, you will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the whole pipeline of how an independent men’s outfitters work. Primarily, you will be the first person our customers meet when they enter our store. You will be required to give your customer a full tailored shopping experience, giving them guidance in their visit and assisting with building outfits for special occasions such as weddings and days out. You will also be involved with other roles like general housekeeping of the store, providing weekly stock checks, processing stock deliveries, and assisting with our own website and social media profiles. Our store, in the City center of Wolverhampton, continues to grow, expanding our brand nationally with our online presence and regular customers around the country.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
