We’re on the lookout for BOTH a full time and a part time sales associate with night availability at High Life Smoke Shop in Monroe, NC!
Full time is 30-40 hours per week and part time is up to 20-30 hours a week. These positions are for closing shifts between 4pm-11:15pm.

Pay starting at: $9-10/hour PLUS commission!
We’ve got awesome UNCAPPED commission – the more you sell, the more you earn! You’ll also get paid for your training hours, and they’ll show up in your first paycheck.
We want friendly, motivated folks who are ready to jump in and get to work! We take pride in delivering the best customer service in the biz and helping our customers find exactly what they need. After your two-week training, we expect you to keep learning about our products on your own!
You’ll be helping customers, keeping the store tidy and organized, handling transactions with our POS system, and doing day-to-day stuff like opening and closing the shop.
- What we’re looking for: Great customer service skills, good communication, and be a reliable team player. If you have retail/sales experience, that’s a plus!

- Physical stuff: You’ll constantly be moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two hours straight. Sometimes you’ll need to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift or climb ladders.
- Store is open 8am to 11pm daily, with openers scheduled in at 7:30am and closers typically out between 11:15pm.
