Design Therapy, a family-owned home décor and furniture store in the Comox Valley for over 40 years, is looking for a full-time, long-term addition to our team!
We’re seeking a mature, dynamic, reliable, and hard-working individual who thrives in a team environment and enjoys helping people create beautiful spaces in their homes.

What you’ll do:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively with your team to help clients design welcoming, stylish spaces.
• Support day-to-day store operations and customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

• A love of design and home décor (no prior industry experience required).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Commitment to weekends (this role requires weekend availability).
• Bonus points if you bring a good sense of humour—we love to keep things fun!
