This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end retail environment and enjoys creating personalized shopping experiences that leave a lasting impression.
As a Key Holder and Sales Associate, you will help lead the client experience by showcasing our collections, offering expert styling guidance, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong passion for fashion and familiarity with top brands and seasonal trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexible availability, including at least one weekend day and all retail holidays (store closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

  • Assist with product selections, fittings, and styling to elevate the client experience.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Accurately process transactions and handle client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve sales goals and create memorable client experiences.
  • Open and close the store as needed, upholding operational standards.
