FULL-TIME SALES & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (on-site only)
JW Balfour Ltd, a small, family-run business, is seeking a reliable, experienced Sales and Office Administrator to join our close-knit team. We specialise in supplying uniforms, PPE, and equipment to both public and semi-state bodies across Ireland.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys a varied day-to-day workload, is confident speaking on the phone, and has a strong customer service background.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent phone manner
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Prior experience working in or with a warehouse environment
  • Experience using SAP B1 or similar ERP system is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual, professional, and able to work on own initiative
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism
  • Manage customer queries and provide prompt support across phone and email
  • Process orders and generate invoices using SAP B1 (training can be provided)
  • Assist in generating new business leads and supporting tender documentation
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics staff to coordinate deliveries
  • Support public, state, and semi-state contract clients with orders and queries
  • Manage office admin tasks including filing, scheduling, and reporting
