OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated senior Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The Senior Support Worker will assist in implementing care plans and supervising daily activities, ensuring that residents receive the assistance they need to enhance their quality of life.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach towards clients.
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Ability to supervise staff while maintaining a supportive atmosphere.
  • A valid driving licence and use of own car.
  • IT proficiency for maintaining records and communicating with team members effectively.
