JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.
• Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• This is a FULL TIME position.

• Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
• Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment.
• Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
• Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
• Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew.
• Support day to day admission check in/out process.
• Support day to day event activities and performance.
• Undertake & execute any special project assigned by the supervisor.
