As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in sanitation practices within the bar and dining areas is essential
• Knowledge & experience in preparing an serving cocktails is an asset
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
• Make suggestions and recommendations regarding food and drink choices and pairings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and bar
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service
