POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a full-time server, you’ll be the face of Pampa for our guests. You’ll guide them through our unique Brazilian churrasco dining experience, ensure their needs are met, and provide top-quality service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet guests and explain the Pampa dining experience
• Take drink orders and ensure timely delivery to tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
