JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
• Wine knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food service operations is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on helping guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Assist in food preparation and handling as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage cash transactions, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and overall ambiance.
• Provide assistance to guests throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
