Your role will include: Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift Champion a “customer-first” mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces and regular guests Maintaining high quality food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values, policies and procedures Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned Be hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable store Oversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices We are currently looking for a Full Time Shift Leader, who is looking to grow and develop within the business.
