SKILLS REQUIRED

• Enjoy working in a customer service environment
• Like being around others and creating an enjoyable place to work
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be passionate about your displays and the variety of fresh abundance on display
• Is flexible in availability, it’s a busy store across 7 days!

‍ ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of Harris Farm! You’ll play a vital role in delivering a positive and memorable shopping experience by:

• Offering friendly, helpful customer service
• Restocking shelves and fresh produce displays
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Supporting your team with general store duties
• Upholding food safety and quality standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE;

• Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products
• Surprise and delight the customers with your amazing displays
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
• Putting the WOW in everything you do
• Use your team building experience to maintain and happy and safe working environment
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
• Going the extra mile for our Customers
