POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented, creative, and organized full-time Content Creator & Videographer to join our team. This role is ideal for a media professional who can strategize, create, produce, film, and edit compelling social media content—including both photo and video—that resonates with and captivates our target audience. You will work closely with leadership to develop innovative social media marketing campaigns, elevate our brand presence, and support our sales team’s content needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video production (portfolio required)
· Strong photography and videography skills, including editing software proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar)
· Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Strong graphic design and copywriting abilities
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in real estate or luxury brands preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

· Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Film and edit high-quality videos for property listings, agent spotlights, lifestyle features, and community highlights
· Capture and edit professional photography and video for listings, events, and marketing collateral
· Design and produce brochures, flyers, and other print marketing materials
· Write compelling copy for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and property descriptions
· Create and manage a weekly newsletter e-blast
· Collaborate with leadership to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand goals
· Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice
· Monitor engagement metrics, growth and adapt strategies to improve performance and provide customer support through social DM’s
· Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team’s marketing fresh and competitive
