A DAY IN THE LIFE…
We are seeking for a talented Sous Chef who will assist the Executive Chef run the day-to-day culinary operation of the Hotel. Responsible for all aspects of managing the Kitchen and Kitchen personnel, payroll, team member’s training, quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/ storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinates the purchase of all food maintaining approved food costs and labor costs for both the restaurant and banquets experience in a four star hotel property or above.
