Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Michigan Now Hiring for the Current School Year Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Michigan school district to hire a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students strengthen communication skills that support academic success, social interaction, and confidence. As part of a collaborative special education team, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive educational environment. As the School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Create, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and progress monitoring. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals. Deliver direct speech and language services to students across a variety of communication needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Support students in areas including articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication. Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to reinforce communication strategies across learning environments. Requirements ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Active or eligible Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
