SUMMARY:

As the Stock Associate, you will assist in managing the store’s stock room operations and inventory levels, contributing significantly to the store’s overall performance.
This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in stock management or a related field, ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of experience in retail stock management or a related field.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
A commitment to adhering to company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing the stock room and ensuring efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.
Support in processing shipments, transfers, damages, and supplies in a timely manner.
Help in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Work under the guidance of the Stock Supervisor to manage stock safely and securely.
Contribute to merchandising and planning efforts as directed by management.
Support store management in loss prevention efforts.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Engage in store opening and closing procedures as required.
