This includes lifting boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to a shelf height of 5 feet and may require standing for long periods of time to include bending, squatting, and reaching * Results driven and able to achieve sales and profitability goals;assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products * Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect * Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance * Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team through a shared mission andgoals * May open and close the store independently * Requiredtowork one weekend day a week, or a full weekend every other week. Responsibilities

This role also involves assisting visitors, navigating complex topics sensitively, and managing and motivating the team through a shared mission.
