JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, while maximizing profitability
  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shrinkage
  • Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash register balances
  • Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
