OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for team management. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our team meets performance targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or sales environment is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing sales teams or retail operations is advantageous.
  • Bilingual ( English and Chinese) capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Social Media Skills with Little Red Book targeting Chinese students are highly desirable.
  • A background in sales management or retail management will be beneficial for this role.
