SUPPORT WORKER - SOUTH AYRSHIRE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of needs (e.g., learning disabilities, mental health challenges, physical disabilities)
  • Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records and working in line with care plans
  • Engaging in meaningful activities with service users both in and outside the home

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of previous care/support experience within the UK
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • Full UK Drivers License
