Description We are immediately hiring a Title Clerk. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule. Must have automotive title duties experience. Compensation rate is based on experience. Ideal candidate will have experience automotive titling experience. We are part of a family-owned dealership group with 23 locations across 5 states and continue to expand. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process new and used vehicles for registration both in and out of state Maintain Motor Vehicle schedule Post daily Motor Vehicle transactions Understand Missouri tax laws with respect to vehicle registration Title flips in and out of state Accounting Schedule Reconciliations Additional responsibilities as assigned BENEFITS: Weekly compensation Flexible work schedule 401(K) Plan with company match TOM123 Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience titling Understand basic accounting Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates Experience processing title work in a dealership environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

The Title Clerk will process new and used vehicles for registration and maintain the Motor Vehicle schedule. Additional responsibilities include understanding Missouri tax laws and performing title flips in and out of state.
