We’re Zordan Media, a Dublin-based media agency that specialises in powerful, social-first video content. We help brands tell stories that connect — from bold campaigns to behind-the-scenes content, to everyday social posts that actually drive results. We’re not just a production company. We’re a team of storytellers, creators, and problem-solvers who believe video is the most powerful tool a business has today.
We’re growing fast, and with a busy few months ahead, we’re looking for a full-time videographer to join us until the end of December.
What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be jumping between shooting and editing depending on the project. You’ll:

• Shoot high-quality video content for clients and for Zordan Media’s own brand (think brand promos, BTS, event content, social-first campaigns, etc).
• Use Sony cameras (like the FX3) confidently — equipment is provided.
• Frame and compose scenes beautifully — that’s the core skill we care most about.
• Edit videos in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (proficiency in both is a plus).
• Colour grade to a high standard in DaVinci Resolve — this one is non-negotiable.
• Work closely with Marco (our CEO) to create Zordan Media’s own content and assist across client projects.
• Jump in with the production team to record, edit, and deliver projects where needed.
• Take initiative and work independently — we’ll trust you with projects.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Skilled with Sony cameras (FX3 or similar).
✅ Strong eye for composition and storytelling.
✅ Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
✅ Brilliant colour grading in DaVinci Resolve.
✅ Fluent/native English.
✅ Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in both Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
• Wedding videography experience.

Working Model

• Shooting days: On-location.
• Editing days: Hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in our Windy Arbour office.
