Opportunity to work in a independent coffee shop with experience, already running 3 businesses in the same sector.
We are looking for someone who, alongside taking pride in making high quality coffee and food, being customer oriented.We pride ourselves on the quality of our food, coffee, drinks and customer service. We use specialty coffee beans, loose leaf teas, healthy options on the food menu, smoothie, alternative hot drinks.
We require full time staff to be able to work between 30-40 hours per week ( not just weekends has to be able to work some days during the week to) to join our lively team. Previous experience preferred however full training will be given.
We are looking for someone ready to work with no other engagements.

Salary: starting from £12.21 per hour for over 22 years old. salary will reflect you experience and will be age appropriate
The ideal candidate will be professional, efficient, and able to work in a high-pressure environmen and to have a full time availabilit. Please don’t apply if you are looking for part time job.
Responsibilities:

Be able to work in between 30-40 hours a week.

• Take orders from customers at the process table.
• Clear dirty dishes and replace with clean ones.
• Answer questions about the menu items.
• Bring drinks and/or food to customers in a timely manner.
• Recommend menu items to customers.
• Check on customers frequently to ensure they have everything they need.
• Respond to guest complaints with tact and good judgment.
• Call the kitchen when an item is out of stock.
• Handle the cash and credit card transactions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.55-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
