We are looking for passionate and experienced waiting staff to join our team at The London Carriage Works, our award-winning AA-awarded restaurant set in the heart of Liverpool’s historic Georgian Quarter.

As part of a privately owned, multi-award-winning hotel, you’ll be part of a vibrant hospitality setting that includes:

• The London Carriage Works (casual fine dining)
• 1931 (casual dining)
• Spa Restaurant
• 151 bedrooms and suites
• First-class private dining, conference, and event spaces

About the Role

As a member of our waiting team, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will:

• Deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service at all times
• Have strong food and wine knowledge.
• Work confidently across both lunch and dinner services
• Contribute to a smooth, high-quality service alongside a passionate team
• Enhance the dining experience consistently for all of our guests.

Flexibility is essential, with shifts typically running between 12:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous waiting experience in a quality dining environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Full flexibility with availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
