NUDIE JEANS CO IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT TO JOIN THE GROWING TEAM DOWN UNDER AT OUR FAST PACED WAREHOUSE LOCATED IN ZETLAND, SYDNEY.

We’re hiring a Warehouse Assistant who’s hands-on, reliable, a great communicator and is eager to learn. This role involves physical work and is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a supervisory position over time.
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day business of the Nudie Jeans Co Warehouse by supporting the Warehouse Manager wherever needed/required.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, identify, dispatch, and perform quality control on all inbound and outbound goods.
  • Address and resolve issues affecting the smooth flow of goods, both inbound and outbound.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and related paperwork.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager in logistics processes for inbound and outbound goods.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas, identifying and addressing any issues - this includes managing inventory using stock management software - strong computer literacy required.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain complete accuracy in all shipment and inventory transactions across platforms, and assist with the rollout of new systems as needed.
  • Handle correspondence via email and other communication platforms as necessary.
  • Maintain consistent work levels to achieve daily workloads and tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments where needed/required.
  • Proactively inform relevant parties about potential issues, such as unrecorded deliveries.
  • Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
    This position is under contract and permanent full time with a 6-month probationary period. We are seeking career focused individuals with long term aspirations to strengthen and develop their professional attributes while in turn positively influencing our dynamic business.
