Warehouse Inventory Specialist Full-Time | Growth Opportunity | Team-Focused Environment The Warehouse Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our warehouse operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Execute daily cycle counts with a high level of accuracy and accountability * Organize, straighten, and maintain product lines to ensure efficient warehouse flow * Verify overstock quantities and confirm correct product locations across zones, aisles, and bins * Support product line transitions, including restrings, relocations, and new product placement * Review and validate inventory adjustments, including recounts and quantity changes * Scan and transfer stock and special order parts between totes (maintaining safety standards under 50 lbs.) * Partner with warehouse leadership and front office teams to align on incoming/outgoing product lines * Proactively plan for vendor returns, product changeovers, and inventory shifts * Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred (we will train the right candidate) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team * Solid communication skills and a proactive mindset * Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement WHY JOIN US?
