WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse workflow and support day-to-day operations to ensure orders and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise, coach, and support warehouse team members * Communicate job expectations and provide ongoing performance feedback * Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy * Help maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards * Delegate tasks and assist with employee accountability and discipline when needed * Work cross-functionally with departments such as Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and Operations * Assist with resolving operational issues and identifying process improvements * Support customer service expectations by ensuring timely and accurate warehouse execution * Step in and assist with warehouse duties as needed to support the team and daily operations WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a leader who is organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
