Description Bay State Community Services is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Youth Advocate (Temporary, Summer) to join our Coastal Emergency Residence team. This temporary summer position provides direct care and supervision to youth residing in a short-term residential program. Youth Advocates play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment while helping youth develop the skills needed to achieve their personal goals. Provide direct supervision and support to youth in a residential setting. Foster a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Build positive, trusting relationships with youth through mentorship and engagement. Assist youth with daily living skills, routines, and recreational activities.
