QUALIFICATIONS

• FIBA-certified or higher coaching license (preferred)
• Minimum three years of youth basketball coaching experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience coaching players aged five to sixteen
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Ability to track player development and create reports
• High energy, creativity, and patience in working with children
• Excellent physical fitness

• Lead training sessions with enthusiasm and expertise
• Coach and develop players across different age groups, from beginners to advanced levels
• Communicate regularly with parents and athletes, building strong relationships
• Design structured training programs, oversee leagues, and manage competitions
• Ensure a high standard of discipline and maintain gym rules and regulations
• Provide progress reports and collaborate with management on program improvements
