About the role As a Fullstack Developer, you will join one of our three product teams within the Customer & Payments domain—the central tech area responsible for identity and login systems, subscription lifecycle, paywalls, payments, customer data, and customer-activation platforms. Your team will develop and evolve the solutions that power seamless, secure, and intuitive customer journeys across all Aller markets. Today this includes our storefronts, self-service portals, subscription flows, and integrations across the Nordic ecosystem. As we move toward a unified Nordic customer platform, you will play a key role in designing and building the next generation of campaign sites, self-service experiences, and supporting APIs. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders across Tech, Commercial, and Editorial. You’ll be part of defining architecture, shaping our frontend and backend stack, and influencing technical direction from the very beginning of major new initiatives. What we’re looking for We are looking for Fullstack Developers with either a strong frontend experience and solid backend understanding or vice versa. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working across the stack and are curious about how technology shapes customer experiences. We think you’re comfortable with: JavaScript/TypeScript React or similar libraries Node.js services on the backend Designing, consuming, and improving APIs It’s a bonus if you have experience with: C# or .NET services Subscription, identity, payments, or customer-data platforms Building scalable, compliant, customer-facing systems Most of all, we value a curious mindset, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach.
