Navigraph is currently looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our Sim dev team in central Stockholm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a developer team in a mid-size company, serving a large and passionate user base worldwide. ️

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven record of building and maintaining robust software
  • Proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases
  • Experience with backend and frontend development
  • Experience with Electron and/or Tauri
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

BONUS SKILLS

  • Passion for flight simulation and aviation
  • Experience with flight simulator avionics
  • Previous experience with managing cloud infrastructure - preferably AWS
  • Previous experience with DevOps
  • Previous experience with reverse engineering undocumented software or SDKs
  • Understanding of principles in navigation and geography
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain avionics extensions and external integrations for flight simulators
  • Develop and maintain APIs that provide our extensive navigation datasets to 3rd parties, as well as our own applications
  • Work on highly experimental and research-focused projects to push the boundaries of flight simulator integrations
  • Ensure that Navigraph remains top-of-mind for new and well-established simulator add-on developers through innovations in developer experience and first-class direct developer support
  • Work with high-volume, real-time flight data streams, supporting detailed visualisation and analysis
  • Work on one of the most advanced Electronic Flight bags in the industry
  • Develop and maintain the frontends and backends of our products, both web and desktop-based
  • Shape the infrastructure and CI/CD processes around our projects
  • Work with our extensive cloud-native processing pipelines, optimizing and improving our workflows
  • Ensure a seamless user experience across platforms
