The Role:We're a growing consultancy working with clients across finance, industry, and the public sector, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our project teams. You'll be embedded in client engagements, moving between projects and technologies as our portfolio demands, with real ownership over the solutions you build.

  • Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain web applications across a range of client projects
  • Work across the full stack, from frontend interfaces through to backend services, APIs, and data layers
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions, working closely with architects and business analysts
  • Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and technical scoping for new engagements
  • Support code reviews, testing practices, and CI/CD processes across project teams
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing


  • Skills & Experience:Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer
  • Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
  • Solid backend experience in Java, Node.js, or a comparable language/framework
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and adapting quickly to new environments
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
