Who we are looking for We are looking for a Senior Associate – Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications across enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend systems. You will work closely with product, platform, and security teams to develop robust applications and follow reusable, secure-by-design development practices. This role contributes to improving delivery efficiency, enhancing user experience, and ensuring applications are built with consistency, quality, and performance in mind. What you will be responsible for As a Senior Associate – Full Stack Developer, you will: · Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of enterprise applications · Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces ensuring performance and usability · Develop and integrate APIs and backend services to support application functionality · Follow established development standards for code quality, testing, and version control · Support CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment automation · Work with enterprise platforms such as APIs, databases, messaging systems, and ServiceNow integrations where required · Implement secure coding practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection · Contribute to logging, monitoring, and performance tracking for applications · Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, supporting root cause analysis and fixes · Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development, testing, and release activities · Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role: · Strong hands-on experience in full stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular, Node.js/Java/.NET) · Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture, API design, and application development practices · Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure preferred) · Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or .NET · Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) · Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes · Understanding of secure coding practices and application security basics · Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and basic observability concepts · Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work in a collaborative environment Education & Preferred Qualifications · A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required · 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Application Engineering roles · Relevant certifications in cloud or development technologies are preferred Additional requirements Being flexible to work on weekends if required for release deployments Work Requirement · Shift timing: 13:00 - 22:00 IST Are you the right candidate?
