We are making against-the-flow choices to make visible changes in the platform's ecosystem Creating meaning - We spark joy and curiosity, we feel good about what we do and we want everyone else to feel the same fulfillment Job Description Missions : · Développer des outils internes (interfaces, APIs, systèmes d’alerte, dashboards...) pour les équipes opérationnelles Trust & Safety : build API-centric systems using REST, GraphQL, and OpenAPI standards · Design and build queueing and event-driven systems · Participate in legacy system modernization and incremental migration strategies · Proactivity on evolutions and improvements · Participer à la conception de systèmes de détection automatique de contenus problématiques (ex : vidéos illicites, spams, fraudes…) .Intégrer et exploiter des briques d’IA / machine learning (interne ou via API tierces) pour améliorer l’efficacité des outils. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’Engineering Manager, les Ops Trust & Safety, l’équipe produit, les data scientists et le support. Améliorer les workflows et automatiser les processus de modération, signalement, ou traitement des demandes juridiques. Proposer des solutions techniques pragmatiques, scalables et sécurisées. Contribuer à la documentation et à la qualité du code. Stack technique : Languages: Python, PHP, React, Javascript Databases: Elasticsearch, MySQL, MongoDB APIs: GraphQL, aioHTTP, OpenAPI, FastAPI Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins Security & Config: Vault Observability: Datadog, distributed tracing tools Qualifications 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement fullstack, idéalement dans un environnement produit ou plateforme à fort trafic. Bonne compréhension des enjeux de modération, détection, sécurité ou automatisation dans un contexte social media / contenu UGC. Intérêt pour l’IA appliquée (détection, génération, automatisation…). Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’impact et orientation produit. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des profils non techniques. Français et anglais professionnels.
