We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with GenAI technologies, integrating LLM APIs into production applications, and building innovative AI-powered features. You will be responsible for developing and integrating React-based frontend components, following established UI patterns, and working within a TypeScript environment. While the role is backend-heavy, candidates must be capable full-stack contributors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LLM implementation, prompt engineering, Azure OpenAI services, and GenAI solution development. Experience with React 18, TypeScript, React Query (TanStack), and Zustand is required. Candidates should be comfortable building feature pages, integrating REST APIs and SSE streams into UI components, handling form validation, and working with a custom component library. Deep CSS/design-system ownership is not a requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. What level of GenAI expertise is expected for this role? We expect working proficiency in GenAI specifically, hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications (Azure OpenAI or equivalent), basic understanding of prompt design and context management, and the ability to build features that consume AI-generated outputs. Candidate must be comfortable building and shipping real-world GenAI-powered features. Need an engineer who had good AI experience.

2. Is hands-on experience in LLM implementation, prompt engineering, Azure OpenAI services, and GenAI solution development a mandatory requirement? Yes, this is a strong requirement not just theoretical knowledge. Candidates should have demonstrable experience integrating AI into backend services, managing prompt templates, handling streaming responses (SSE), and designing robust error/fallback handling for AI responses. Prompt engineering proficiency (structuring system/user prompts, managing token limits, chaining calls) is expected.

3. Could you clarify the extent of Full Stack Development (FSD) expertise expected? The role is backend-heavy (Node.js + GenAI), but candidates must be capable full-stack contributors. They are expected to build and integrate React-based frontend components alongside the backend services they develop, follow established UI patterns, and work within a TypeScript. They don't need to be a dedicated frontend specialist, but they cannot be purely backend frontend contribution is a regular part of the role.

4. Is front-end development experience mandatory, and what technologies/frameworks are expected? Frontend experience is mandatory, not optional. Required stack: React 18, TypeScript, React Query (TanStack), and Zustand. Candidates should be comfortable building feature pages, integrating REST APIs and SSE streams into UI components, handling form validation (React Hook Form + Zod), and working with a custom component library. Deep CSS/design-system ownership is not required.

5. Should sourcing focus on Node.js + GenAI profiles, or end-to-end Full Stack? Source for strong Node.js + GenAI profiles who also have solid React/TypeScript experience not pure frontend specialists. The ideal candidate is backend-first but full-stack capable: can architect and implement AI-integrated Node.js services while also contributing to the React frontend. Candidates who are exclusively backend or exclusively frontend should be screened out. The ideal candidate is who has shipped at least one production GenAI product end-to-end.
