Agent-Assisted Software Delivery Every Software Engineer works with agent-assisted coding to accelerate delivery while raising the bar on quality and impact. Requirements You’ll need to embody The EH Way, operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring 6+ years of experience in software development with hands-on exposure to both backend and frontend. Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g. Ruby, TypeScript, Java, Python, Golang, etc.). Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript and React for frontend development. Willing and able to learn and work with Ruby (our main stack) in a production environment, with training provided. Experience building and integrating server-side APIs. Solid understanding of testing, CI/CD, and Agile development practices. Comfortable communicating in English in a global, remote-first environment.
