We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our Engineering team to help build the future of benefits. We launched our platform in 2018, built with the latest tech-stack: an architecture built on kubernetes and serverless, utilizing the TypeScript stack with Node.js in the Backend, and React and React Native in our frontends. LOFINO takes pride in its world-class engineering culture and as Fullstack Engineer of one of our teams, you will play a key role in sustaining and driving our mission.

You will join a mission team, which is a cross-functional Engineering team whose mission is to extend our services, decrease complexity of use our services and executing on our User-Facing Product Strategy or unifying architecture and creating data streams. You will mainly be responsible for contributing to the technology, be responsible for engineering new functionality and driving the right technology choices. You will work with the Experience or Platform team, consisting of multiple engineers, an Engineering Manager, a Product Manager and an UI/UX designer, to ensure we have scalable, functional and tested software, which solves problems of our users and customers. You will work solution-oriented and will implement end-to-end with the support of the team.

• You will be responsible for implementing tested new functionalities in the frontend and backend.
• You will design and develop changes to the current software and work with the team to get to the best solutions.
• You will be bringing actively solutions to problems at hand, utilizing your experiences and problem-solving abilities.
• Using your technical background, you will be maintaining the software, keeping it up-to-date and solving for issues, while extending our infrastructure.
• You will work in cross-functional team, working with agile methods.
• You will work together with the architect function to bring new microservices to life.
