HubbedIn is a SaaS firm that specializes in creating awesome AI-enabled software tools in both recruitment and education spaces.
We are looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer who is meticulous and purpose-driven to ensure the timely delivery of quality software products that exceed customers and organization standards.
You will need to be a fast learner to understand the business objectives and requirements of each software and to plan and execute an appropriate software architecture that provides a seamless, fast, and secure platform experience. A good command of English and the willingness to ask questions is a must.
As a Software Engineer, you will work with the company’s tech team and report to the tech lead. Your key responsibilities will be to write clean and scalable quality code, tackling technical challenges along the way. Ideally, you are familiar with coding best practices, love the art of coding, and love seeing things work and scale.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Write clean, scalable code with an understanding of best practices in mind
• Write secure, scalable, and optimized APIs
• Writing front-end code that is optimized if you are fullstack
• Solve technical challenges through discussions and research
• Develop software in the AI tools space for career seekers
• Understand business requirements and work closely with the Product and Tech team
• Take ownership of your code, as poor-quality products shipped to market have a negative impact on the company’s reputation
• Fix bugs to ship out quality products

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-3 years of experience working with Node.JS and React.JS
• Familiar with AWS cloud and microservices architecture
• Strong, logical mind. If you love solving logical puzzles, this may be a good fit
• Communication - we want people who speak up and have their own thoughts
• Ownership and pride - having pride and ownership in shipping out good code and good products
