This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Web3 and blockchain applications, delivering seamless full-stack solutions that bridge traditional web experiences with decentralized technology. You will be part of a fast-moving, globally distributed engineering team, contributing to architecture, feature development, and platform optimization. Your work will impact the scalability, security, and usability of applications used in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems. Collaboration with product, design, and leadership will be key as you shape innovative features that set new standards in user experience. This position values technical ownership, innovation, and a strong understanding of both frontend and backend systems in the Web3 space. Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Contribute to architecture decisions for frontend and backend systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability. Integrate Web3 technologies, including smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain APIs, into the platform. Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical discussions. Ensure applications are optimized, secure, and maintainable across distributed systems. Continuously explore new Web3 and blockchain technologies to enhance platform capabilities. 5+ years of professional software development experience. 3+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related projects. Strong hands-on expertise with React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or similar). Understanding of smart contract integrations and blockchain fundamentals. Excellent communication skills in English. Must be based in Latin America. Nice to Have: Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS. Familiarity with crypto exchanges, NFTs, or decentralized finance platforms. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
