Description

Role description We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong modern engineering skills to build and operate digital products and microservices in a domain-driven environment. In this role, you will work across both backend services and user-facing applications, creating scalable, secure and observable solutions. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and product teams to translate business workflows into reliable technical implementations, using solid engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, clear documentation and a DevSecOps mindset. Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain fullstack solutions using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies. Build and operate microservices and APIs that support digital products and domain-driven workflows. Develop user-facing applications (e.g. React/Vue/Angular) integrated with backend services (e.g. Java/Kotlin/Node.js). Ensure services are secure, scalable, testable and observable, with appropriate logging and monitoring. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including build, test and deployment automation. Work with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment and runtime operations. Collaborate with domain experts, product managers and other developers to refine requirements and solution designs. Produce clear technical documentation for services, APIs and system components. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, coding standards and team ways of working. Requirements Experience working with modern fullstack frameworks (e.g. React, Vue or Angular together with Java, Kotlin or Node.js). Strong understanding of microservices, API design and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and tools. Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform. Understanding of observability and monitoring concepts (logging, metrics, tracing). Awareness of security best practices and a DevSecOps mindset. Comfortable working in a collaborative, product-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Meriting Experience working in domain-driven design (DDD) environments. Experience with security-by-design and hardening of cloud-native services. Experience operating production-grade systems with high availability requirements. Experience contributing to or defining engineering guidelines and best practices.
