Participate in code reviews, automated testing practices, and improvements to development workflows. Mentor other engineers and contribute technical guidance when needed. Requirements The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with strong full-stack expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working independently in distributed teams. A strong background in frontend development combined with backend engineering knowledge is essential. 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with significant experience in frontend development. Advanced hands-on experience with React and TypeScript or modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot. Experience designing and maintaining scalable web applications in production environments. Ability to independently manage technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions. Experience working in Agile teams and remote, distributed environments. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and technical discussions. Experience with technical leadership, acting as a Tech Lead, or owning major engineering initiatives is highly desirable. Knowledge of SEO-focused platforms, high-traffic consumer applications, and web performance optimization is a plus. Experience mentoring engineers, implementing accessibility best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is a plus. Familiarity with collaboration between engineering, product, UX, and marketing teams is beneficial. Benefits Fully remote work model from Brazil. Full-time contract opportunity. Opportunity to work with global teams and international products. Exposure to large-scale digital platforms and high-impact engineering challenges.
