YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The work model for the role is: hyrbid This role is contributing to the Process automation Business Area in Lima, Perú. You will be mainly accountable for: • Collaborating with IS team to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. • Drive change and proactively propose initiatives within the IS area • Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. • Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. • You will support the development and implementation of low-complexity projects focused on process automation and innovation Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You are a senior student (8th cycle or above) or a recent graduate in Systems or Software Engineering.
• You are immersed in programming with .NET and JavaScript, and enjoy working with database technologies like MS SQL Server within the software development and IT services sector.
• You are at ease communicating in both Spanish and English at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in backend and frontend development; have established skills in database management and application development (intermediate to advanced level).
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint (preferred but not mandatory).
• You are passionate about efficient project execution and captivated by continuous learning in digital tools and platforms.
