Description
We are building a focused internal initiative inside SysAid, designed to accelerate innovation and bring a new AI Agent to market faster. This full-stack marketer will be a core member of that initiative. You will work day-to-day with product, design, and development teams in a fast-moving, venture-style environment. The work is concentrated, agile, and highly collaborative. Although you will align with the central marketing organization for guidance, resources, and brand standards, you will operate independently and shape your own roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working inside a startup-like team within a larger company. Someone who likes owning the entire marketing execution, building from zero, and partnering deeply with product to turn ideas into real, market-ready experiences. You will work across the entire marketing stack: content, messaging, landing pages, paid campaigns, analytics, experimentation, creative direction, and asset production. While managing a small network of freelancers and collaborating with agencies as needed. You’ll personally drive core execution, supported by AI agents that sit at the intersection of all these activities. This is a role for someone with technical depth, strong taste, high output, and a passion for building new things from the ground up. What will you do: Operate as the Marketing Lead for an Internal Venture - Work directly with product and engineering teams each day to shape positioning, messaging, experiments, user engagement loops, and go-to-market motions. Build and Run the Marketing Engine - Own campaign creation and execution across paid, social, email, landing pages, and content. Produce assets, write copy, brief freelancers, build landing pages, and create creative materials Work with Agencies and Freelancers - Manage a small roster of task-specific freelancers (creative, video, ops, social) to produce assets quickly and efficiently. Work with performance agencies in early phases for paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic). AI-First Execution - Use AI tools to accelerate production of copy, creative, video, research, optimization and experimentation loops Run Campaigns at Scale - Build multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, signups, pipeline, and paid customers. Build the marketing data infrastructure: from tracking and attribution to dashboards and insights, ensuring every campaign, channel, and experiment is measurable and optimized. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or full-funnel roles, with proven ability to balance hands-on execution and leadership Strong strategic thinking combined with the drive to execute quickly Demonstrated experience owning complex cross-functional initiatives across product, design, development, and marketing Ability to build a modern marketing engine from scratch, including tools, analytics, automation, and experimentation High technical fluency with marketing tech stacks such as HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, BI tools, paid media platforms, and attribution systems Strong storytelling with the ability to simplify complex technology into clear, compelling narrative Comfortable operating inside startup-like environments or internal venture groups, with high autonomy and responsibility Experience managing a network of freelancers, agencies, and external partners to deliver fast, high-quality output A builder mindset, able to create landing pages, messaging, creative briefs, campaign structures, and growth experiments independently Strong understanding of AI-first marketing approaches and enthusiasm for adopting new tools and creative methods Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and environments that require both strategic leadership and hands-on execution Requirements null
