• A completed degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification acquired through practical experience, as well as good German and good English skills.
• 
  
• Several years of practical experience in full-stack or software development, as well as responsibility for applications that are used in production.
• 
  
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with React or a comparable modern frontend framework
• 
  
• Good programming skills in Python and experience in backend development, for example with Django, FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• 
  
• Practical experience in the development and integration of REST APIs, web applications, databases, and automation solutions.
• 
  
• A good understanding of software architecture, automated tests, version control, and modern development workflows.
• 
  
• Experience with cloud applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure, and the willingness to share responsibility for deployment, logging, monitoring, and error analysis of one's own applications.
• 
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD and containerized applications, as well as in-depth platform or DevOps specialization, are desirable.
• 
  
• Interest in AI applications and ideally initial practical experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering or agentic systems.

• An independent, structured and pragmatic way of working, enjoyment of responsibility in a small team, and a good sense of user needs.
